Causes of Youth Substance Abuse in Lloydminster
In a poll conducted by LADS and IPSOS, which included adults and youth responders, the main causes of youth substance abuse in Lloydminster were:
- Peer Pressure
- Boredom
- Financial ability to buy drugs
- Family Issues
- Availability
Some other findings from the survey were that 90% of responders thought that youth drug and alcohol use were a concern and 75% thought that Lloydminster schools were not drug free.
So learning how to deal with the above causes of substance abuse is the best way for you to protect yourself from substance abuse.
